Everything except your own electricity and phone is included. You get: a hookup to the building web-site. Public bathrooms, building heat, light, and janitorial, plus trash pickup. Building security (with cams and recorder) plus 24-hour access with your own code. Wi-fi or internet access, participation in building advertising, building decor by season or for holidays, Air conditioning during summer heat.
Need suggestions? We would love to have: a Personalizing Shop, an airplane, car, train, or other specialty hobby shop, Sports Memorabilia Shop, a Left Handed Shop, Kitchen Shop, another Art Gallery, Casual Clothing or sports clothing for men, women, kids.
